This was partially inspired by this quote from Andy Robinson:

I thought, what would it take for Garak to throw it all away for a federaji boy? A sweet little naive human doctor? And for whatever reason, this pinup-style image popped in my head.
I think seeing this image would send Garak into full on lizard brain mode. He would be on him like a crocodile on a gazelle.
