Contract Wound II Closed W/ SpeedyBlueHero
The birds circled overhead, predators followed their noses. They all knew the promise of fresh meat was nearby, a chance too rare to pass up for themselves. It was for survival. A necessity for them to live. Whoever was the poor creature who was going to succumb to their wounds, a silent prayer that it would be quick, before the predators ended them with a way of tooth and claw.
That poor creature was something of alien to this world.
Visa grimaced as she tucked her heavily wounded leg to her body, her gigantic tail curled around her tightly in an attempt to stop the blood from oozing. Her horn sparked here and there, desperate to try to charge up enough strength to heal her wounds. It did, for only a few minutes, the wound was still open and bleeding, but she managed to cast some spells, simple, slow healing spells.
But the possibility of dying was still great, despite her best efforts. She kicked away at the small animals who tried to bite at her, and roared at the bigger ones. She was attracting attention to herself, and she was losing options on how to hide herself. Too weak from the backlash that sent her here, too weak from the wound she sustained from the enemy before said backlash. She was running out of time. She had to conserve what power she had left, so with that in mind she struggled to her hooves and dragged herself deeper into the cave she had collapsed in front of.
