I do not see Malcolm as a rough lover, and I understand BDSM can be romantic, what I mean in saying he likes romance, BDSM is not his type of romance is basically what I’m saying. BDSM involves submission, and dominance,  role playing, and restrains in many cases, all things that I do not imagine Malcolm considering a turn on, or any kind of arousing.  To me he’s quite old fashion, and the connection is two people being close, in a room, being themselves no restrains, no submission, or dominating, just equal in a moment where the only thing that matters is how much they love each other. That’s how i imagine Malcolm as a lover, and part of the reason he isn’t out bedding women often, the act is to important and precious to him.
