‘Crafter tools: Hula hoops
Now hula hoops are not so much all purpose as other the tools I’ve talked about can be. In fact, usually each hoop will have to be done to hold a specific spell within it which means you really gotta know ahead of time what nonsense is gonna go down in life before dragging 7 hoops out of the closet.
I personally use my hoops as a disenchanter type item. I’ve got my hoop on the ground, stick my item I want neutralized into the center and energy smash it. However hoops are great for sticking haunted dolls in to keep them in place during the night or catching that ghost dude wandering upstairs and releasing it outside in the cemetery.
A hoop could also be used as a pre-made summoning circle type deal, or as an focus point for all the loose energy in a location.
Point is; there are many a thing a hoop can be used for BUT each hoop generally only holds one spell in it’s confines so if your plan is to open a shop breaking cursed items you’ll need like... 3 different hoops to do each part of the spell breaks.
During the summer these plastic kids toy rings are generally on sale for a pretty good price as Walmart has got a set of 6 for 12$ at the moment. You’ll want to get the ones that are hollow on the inside NOT the flat disk ones.
Take your hoop and safely drill a hole into the tube. Now stuff the dry spell ingredients into said hole until the hoop is full, shaking the hoop as you go to get it all filled in. Seal hole with colored duck tape. Just, a single strip wrapped around the area. And voila! A pre-made spell circle!
Don’t forget to clean between uses, and the occasionally energy charge would not be amiss. Stick in either sunlight or moonlight depending on the type of spell you’re powering.
The most basic dry mix I could recommend would be Sea Salt, Dried Basil, and Dried Garlic (or Garlic powder). This is a negative power/minor demon trap mix, which is good for stuffing haunted dolls into.
