I am so pleased with how my alter poppet and witch runes turned out. I used @folkartcrafts color shift and metallic paints and sealed the runes with their color shifting Dragonfly Glaze. Great coverage and the colors are so pretty. Making an Alter Poppet to boost my magick and attract money and encourage mental and physical health. Made the base with foil and wrapped my taglock (hair and fingernail clippings) and affirmation scrolls (black paper and thread and silver ink for wisdom and intuition) inside. Then I wrapped it all in white Sculpey. I pressed jingle bells into the breasts and belly (they won’t ring but they will rattle). There’s also a little ceramic heart with a blue rose painted on it and gold backing (for tranquility and kindness) under the breasts. Green beads for the eyes because I have green eyes and I want to be able to “see” clearly. Gold beads for the nipples because these babies have worked hard through three kids. Spiral on the belly. Big hips and butt. I’m so excited to pop her in the oven and get her painted.
