Experimenting with post-grounding… Grounding and realization/personalization while already associated. Gaining power from being more present and concrete than the surroundings

Things We found:

Three pieces of birch bark

An empty hull of a spiky nut

The Seed of the Watcher (an Awakened Oak Tree who gazes out on all who might enter)

A tri-forked Pine Wand

All these are fairly wet, so they are drying in the garage. They’ll go in the ritual box after that to be used as foci or components.

We're gonna feel out the energy of the space. Set up some productive energies maybe.

Tonight we went out for dinner, and ate a lot, and then went to a friends house. Her mom smokes. We smelled like tobacco smoke all night.

The smell of tobacco smoke isn’t good, but it was… intoxicating. So much physical sensation, so much raw visceral power waiting in that smell. Combined with the oil left on our lips, it was a strong magical force.

Showers are good workspaces. Constant sensation, a hard floor, and white noise.

We made a sigil on the fly, and cleansed our Body And Soul. Our soul has been faint recently, and now it burns brightly.

Our magic has largely been based in meditation and astral work, but physical magic is just so… powerful. Visceral sensations as foci are incredibly strong. Maybe we’re in for a paradigm shift.
