Masala-Spiced Rib-Eye Steaks and a colorful Tomato-Okra Relish will take your BBQ to a whole new level. The exotic spices give the juicy rib-eye a kick of flavor, and the cool relish cuts through the meat's richness.
Ingredients: 2 rib-eye steaks. 2 tbsp garam masala. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tbsp olive oil. For the relish:. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 cup okra, sliced. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped. 1 tbsp red wine vinegar. 1 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together. Spread the spice mix out on both sides of the rib-eye steaks. Put some olive oil on top of the steaks and rub the spices into the meat. Put cherry tomatoes, okra, red onion, cilantro, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. This is the relish. Slowly toss to mix. For medium-rare steaks, grill them for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. You can change the cooking time to suit your tastes. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes after taking them off the grill before cutting them. Put the tomato-okra relish on top of the sliced rib-eye steaks before serving. With a cool tomato-okra relish, you can enjoy the perfect mix of masala spices.
