Ingredients: 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks. 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 red onion, cut into chunks. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 2 teaspoons chili powder. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden or metal skewers.
Instructions: Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Add olive oil and mix well. Make sure the chicken chunks are well covered when you add them to the marinade. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat.
