Take it with a grain of salt. A Fixed Star need more significators for it to be working on charts.
Some fixed Stars also have different meanings requiring a nice interpretation for the chart as a whole. Fixed Stars are important to Traditional Astrology. That being said:

ALGOL:pain but also art,women being the victim,can talk about hating women, women suffering and suffering from injustices. This “hating on woman” for a men can mean homosexuality. Misogyny. It comes from the Medusa myth (a female victim).
ALGORAB: malefic that brings misfortune regarding one’s posture about their own problems. As in, denying the necessity to handle them.Leads to severe denial when talking about their own well-being. Can also make one sleep a lot. Talks about kidneys.
ALKES:Eminence. This Star makes one almost magnetic. This one might bring so much attention, no doubt a bunch of unrequited attention too.
ALPHARD:charisma.
ALPHECCA: financial gain, artistic skills, honor
ALPHERATZ:independence,rich,honors,love, smartness
ALWAID:it can bring success and honors - it’s all out of one’s own effort and courage, meaning it takes longer for him than for others to achieve the same results regarding fame. It makes one very obstinated but out of the necessity of being so
ANTARES: rude,war,rebel,hypocrisy,lies,being forceful.
ARCTURUS:Attracts people with ease.
BATEN KAITOS:following orders in a way that is bad for you,people misunderstand you
DUBHE:powerful women, women's help,women’s liberation, feminine empowerment, women that help women, brings many enemies. Sometimes love for woman meaning it could be a lesbian.
ETAMIN:teaching skills.
PORRIMA:misfortune.
POLLUX:pain of creativity,hurt one must go through in this life to grow and reach the goals one’s soul needs. The pain an artist has to endure to be able to fully express her/his feelings
PROCYON:sudden uprising, violence.
RIGEL:enhancing his communication skills to such a level that he’ll be able to negotiate with anyone really
REGULUS/Cor Leonis:of being able to influence many without many work but also bringing arrogance. Think about their happiness only if there’s no one else for them to worry about, and they’re willing to worry about absolutely everyone before it ever gets to that
SCHEAT: presence that is really strong,charms people her/his way,calmly manipulation,imposing its opinion,enhancing talents people already have,fame but not in a pleasant way,could be somewhat cold person person.
SIRIUS: all about being peaceful so you’ll be underestimated,looked down,criticized. Also sudden recognition after a long time of hard work much like it often leads to sudden downfall. Pure heart. Being “too gentle”talks about recognition one receives that nobody ever expected to happen. Sirius Constellation it’s all about it’s peaceful healing waters.
SPICA:blessing of rising above after many hardships,being paranoid about justice much like it talks about sacrifice. Caring for others well being all the time.

How to interpret the stars/fixed stars
First realize the 7 main planets on Milky Way are also "stars" but they play a bigger influence on us. (They’re our Endocrine System).
They’re named mainly after Greek & Roman mythology (so they vibrate similarly to the myth itself, cuz name is also energy).
Their constellation (group of stars) will also play a part on the overall energy of a star/fixed star.
