Color-matching spicy gingersnaps against our spicy little gingersnap! And can I say, these are freakin delicious???!! Only ¥150 at the Natural Lawson. I can’t taste the lemon but I actually can taste the spicy—it builds and builds the more you eat, and you will eat more than you think. And they have glittery crispy sugar crystals inside, which is great texture!

While I was hoping against hope that these would be like the homemade gingersnap sandwich cookies with tart lemon frosting that my grandma’s friend made once and I have not stopped thinking about for something like 17 years, I was not disappointed that they were not! Well done, Ceylon Family!
