Ingredients: 200g cooked shrimp. 200g cooked lobster meat. 2 hearts of romaine lettuce, chopped. 1/4 cup Caesar dressing. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup croutons. 1 tsp curry powder. 1/2 tsp chili flakes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix the cooked shrimp and lobster meat with curry powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. In a large salad bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until evenly coated. Add the seasoned shrimp and lobster mixture to the salad bowl and toss gently to combine. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and croutons over the salad as a topping. Serve immediately and enjoy!
