A tasty and tangy BBQ recipe with juicy chicken breasts seasoned with a strong mix of spices, sour lime juice, and a little smoke from the grill.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 tablespoons paprika. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Juice of 2 limes. Zest of 1 lime. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: Put paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix them together to make the spice rub. Spread the spice mix out on both sides of each chicken breast. Pour lime juice, lime zest, and olive oil into a different bowl and mix them together using a whisk. Set this bowl aside. Pour the lime marinade over the chicken breasts in a plastic bag that can be closed again. Put the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to marinate. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. The chicken should be grilled for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until it is fully cooked and has grill marks. Take the chicken off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Then cut it into pieces. Add chopped cilantro on top and serve hot. Have fun with your Spicy Paprika Lime Chicken!
