Yeah for me the cramping doesn't hit until I actually begin my period but for me the per-emptive symptoms are the worst :T

Man that sounds like absolute BS have you looked into like birth control as a way to balance the hormones and help that? Though for me bc made my period ten times worse but I know it's helped other girls around me unu
