Acer also Announces New Laptops - IFA 2016

Acer Predator 21X

Acer also unveils their new Predator 21X which runs windows 10. Their new 21X has a curved display and is a beast when it comes to gaming. 

So in-terms of specs it has a 21″ curved IPS display with the resolution of 2560x1080, dual Nvidia GTX 1080 GPUs with G-Sync technology. Inside this beast there is space to put up to 64GB DDR4 RAM and four terabytes of SSD storage. And it weighs 8kg. It’s heavy because there is Tobii eye-tracking, LED RGB mechanical keyboard with CherryMX switches and a SoundPound2+ sound system (4 speakers and 2 subwoofers). 

Pricing is not yet verified but shipping starts in January next year.

Acer Swift 7 

This is Acer’s new 1.12kg laptop and 0.99cm thinness. This laptop has a 1080p 13.3″ IPS2 gorilla glass display. According to Acer the swift 7 will last up to 9 hours in a single charge.

As the specs which powers this is a 7th-gen Intel Core i5 processor, up to 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD. And also two USB 3.1 Type-C ports with a headphone jack.

Starting price for the Acer Swift 7 will be $999 in October.

Acer Spin 7

The Spin 7 is not as thin as the Swift 7 with a thickness of 1.09cm and 1.17kg weight. This laptop has a 1080p 14″ IPS touch display with gorilla glass protection on top. But the speaciality in this laptop is that the screen can rotate all the way to the back.

As the starting price of the Spin 7 is $1199 in October.
