Hello!!!! You asked for a Gage question, so here’s a few!! What do you think is personality type is on the Myers Brigg Test? What’s his favorite gun? Why does he wear his hair like that? If he could get a functioning motorcycle, would he sell it, scrap it, or use it? Thank you!!! (Its 3:27 AM apologies if this is weird XD)

Alright, let's get right down to it

1) I'm gonna be straight with you, I don't understand Myers-Briggs stuff or the inhftpjawhatever the fuck the results are, so I can't actually give you an answer for this one

2) His favorite gun.... shit, that one's also tricky, since I don't really know jack shit about guns. I kinda wanna say the assault rifle he's got, since I'd imagine he's had a lot of fuckin time to have tried out all kinds of other guns, and that seems to be the one he's stuck with. And I could understand why he'd like it, automatic guns can do a whole lotta damage real quick, and he's quite fond of both staying alive and causing some mayhem

I think he'd like shotguns for the same reason, especially younger Gage when he was still more of a firebrand. Hit someone with buckshot, and you can ruin their entire fucking scene. He's not a super big fan of the range, tho, doesn't like that you gotta be closer than he's comfortable to be able to do any real damage with them. And while younger Gage might not have been a complete string bean, the kickback on em was a little much for him

So he likes to keep his enemies at a safe distance - but not too far, cause it can get hard to keep track of them if they're further away, and it would far too easy for them to get the drop on him - and appreciates being able to mow em down, if he has to. Of course, even with his right eye screwed up, he's still got good aim, so he generally doesn't have to resort mowing down enemies that often, and he doesn't waste as much ammo because of it. It's more of a last ditch effort

3) He initially started wearing his hair like that when he was a kid, maybe around 19 or so, and loved how it looked, so he just never bothered trying to style it differently. He still fucked around with mohawk styles, like keeping it a little bit longer, spiking it, and eventually keeping it short, but I get the feeling he shaved it into a mohawk in the first place because it's just easier to manage hair when you don't have that much of it. Plus, with his shitty bathing habits after becoming a raider mixed with him still developing, it would get super greasy and stringy, and being a kid, he was a tiny bit self-conscious about it

Not to mention, if he was gonna stick to the raider lifestyle, he needed to really commit and start looking the part, and it's a little hard to get people to take you seriously when you're a twitchy, greasy kid. At least his burns distracted from the acne

4) I guess it kinda depends. On the one hand, he'd be pretty damn hyped to have a functional motorcycle, but then again, they're loud as hell and can draw all kinds of unwanted attention, and what with the majority of roads being either dirt paths or torn up asphalt, riding it wouldn't be the most comfortable experience

But then again, as a raider, he doesn't really seem to have any kind of permanent residence, so unless he actually decides to settle down someplace with the boss - whether it be at nuka world or someplace else if he leaves raiding behind - he'd have a hard time justifying keeping it to himself. Orrrr, he could always keep it stored somewhere with easy access, in case there's some kind of emergency and he needs to make a quick getaway, that might always work

He'd consider selling it, especially since he knows that refurbished pre-war vehicles tend to be pretty popular with certain groups and he knows he could get a massive pile of caps if he found the right buyer, but..... fuck em, it's his bike, now
