So the gem is not Morganite. SU villain gem is Spinel in the Steven Universe: The Movie. Also the Spinel gemstone can be the heart shaped too.

I did not have the right colors at all for her “skin”, gloves & pauldrons. Otherwise, again, I’m not unhappy with it. -flops-

Well, I have to admit that this is a drawing that I really liked doing, I loved how I stay and I loved the character which I had the pleasure of being able to draw, Spinel the "Villana" of the Stiven Universe movie was the character that more and loved, I would like to be your best friend !!!!
