SpinMex Dip is a deliciously creamy and flavorful dip that is perfect for parties, game day, or any other casual get-together. It combines the tastes of spinach with Mexican-inspired ingredients.
Ingredients: 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained. 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 cup salsa. 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put black beans, salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Let the spinach thaw. Mix the ingredients together well until they are all evenly mixed in. Put the mixture in a baking dish and make sure it's spread out evenly. Warm the oven up and put the dip in it. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it's hot and bubbly. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it. If you want, you can add more chopped cilantro as a garnish. Warm it up and serve it with tortilla chips or any other dipping foods you like.
