Pop Up Birthday Spinner Card

For just $1.50 This birthday card looks simple from the outside. But when the card is opened there is a cupcake that pops out and spins around and around. The card has stamping on pink cardstock outside and inside! Simply open the card add your message, wind the cupcake and close.
