I found someone on etsy selling black wool with glittery stuff in it, roughly 15% glittery stuff. And all I can think right now is space dragons and star things and incoherent noises..

Problem is that the wool doesn't feel super nice (or didn't from the other seller when it was 'superwash'). It feels like Velcro a lot, but maybe this one'll cooperate ' Or, I can go two to one with alpaca to glitz and three strands.

Now to prune down the shopping list and actually /place/ the order

Mission accepted. Turn ~3 oz of 'black And sparkle' into at least 300 yards of semi-even yarn. Quickly. Then turn that yarn into a shawl. Also quickly. Game on.
