Yea I'm gonna have my hands full for the next 2 years so don't bother calling haha. Highlighting steelwork on the 1st floor and you can see there is a lot going in. Some will have to be installed after foundation work, some after partial framing, some after board form concrete walls are poured and then some even set with my framer and steel guy working together. It's been non stop building on this property since 2012. I'm very grateful with the amount of work this customer has given me. From restoring the old farm house, building the new stable and apartments, restoring the spring house and building the 12,000sf main house. Just stop by one of my other job sites in Devon PA. The drywaller's are getting coats down now and will be finished by the end of the week. Ill have my labors in on Monday cleaning for my painters on Tuesday that will be priming. Trim delivery on Wednesday and now I got to find a new trimmer last minute. Non stop running around this morning for my crews but now over at one of my favorite homes that we build. This beast has a living space of 14,000sf with a 6,700sf garage hidden behind the house. Biggest place Iv worked on was 25,000sf but I'm hoping to build up to a 35,000 sf house down the road.
