The only thing I like about myself are my big round eyes. Other than that, I feel ugly and annoying and even I wouldn't want to be friends with myself lol

Thing is Danny never had a story of his own in the freaking show, they didn't even bother. First he was Jackson's bff then he was Ethan's boyfriend. The show never bothered to give him a story at all, he was just there so they could say "Hey there's representation!" but there's manson right? so it's ok because the first thing they said about him was that he's gay and that's what got me mad if this thing is true. Sorry for the mini rant I'm so sorry! I just had to let it out.

Completely agree with you, representation is not about the Token gay guy that has nothing to do with the story, it's not about just having the gay guy to pay some kind of quota and call your show progressive, just like Davis and Posey call it, it's stupid.

But to say that Danny had no more story is just lazy writing, because then WHY INCLUDE HIM IN THE FINALE MONTAGE IN 3B? Like usually when a series does that is because it leaves the character's story line open for more, and seriously Davis is aiming for an arc about a supernatural pool that it's apparently saved in a computer or stored on the internet, and we saw the mute uploading some sort of code to a computer after killing the family in the last episode, and then you have Danny, who we know is a hacker and he actually knew about the supernatural and he could help and be included to the pack and actually have an amazing arc, but you go your way to lazily and stupidly say you have no more story for the character? A FAN FAVORITE THAT IS WHO THE PEOPLE HAVE ASKED FOR MORE OF HIM OVER AND OVER? 

SIMPLY STUPID AND LAZY.

So sad but so true and Hoechlin does deserve so much more. But honestly, as much as I love the cast him leaving would mark the end of me and canon TW. Fanon yeah always going to be reading shit and fics about sterek but canon wise that would be it for me. I don't normaly send asks but I needed to take this out of my system :(

If Hoechlin did leave the show behind then so many fans would follow and stop watching. Derek Hale is a much loved character and one half of a very popular fanon ship. I’m not watching no more because season four is abysmal but it would be very sad. Hoechlin is quite devoted to the show and to the fans, he loves us so much. But he’s an actor and his character is treated appallingly. Why wouldn’t you just leave and spread your wings to better stuff in the end?

Well I guess we’ll find out sooner or later.
