#DiamondsAreAGirlsBestFriend is one of the famous portions of music that we remember about #MarilynMonroe. Some of the reasons she remains a historic icon, especially for women, is due to not wanting to be shortchanged when being paid for her film appearances. Another is her not wanting to be stereotyped for the rest of her career based on her earlier roles & pinup work. I'm still taken aback by how this model channeled her from the look. I wish to have gotten to know more of how she acted like her towards the other guests at #MAGFest2020. I also love seeing more #blackcosplayers not being in a bubble of just portraying characters with similar skin color. I like seeing them become legends whether from who are no longer with us & becoming legends themselves.
