I've had a couple people reach out and say they are enjoying the AU so take more of my rambles for the rough story points for it!
The story or main 'plot line' for this AU would be team blue ( or a random sortment of characters joining team blue) trying to stop the seals that are tormenting the splatlands.
Shady, 8-bit and Octo are the main bosses of this story, people who have been had picked by Wire to carry out his will.
As team blue speaks and fights them, they quickly learn other forces are at play too.
Like in the manga, Wire is quick to seal away people who lose even if they are on his side.
At the start, Octo is more bright eyed. He has this strong will to get stronger and wanting to do any means necessary to get there. Including making deals with Wire.
Although as the story processes, Octo would look far more harrowed. Consent battles and attacks from players wearing him down but he keeps going on anyway.
The final battle between him and goggles would result in a moment were goggles is like " are you still having fun battling?" And thats when it sinks in for him that hes not but by that point, Wire wont let him lose.
Im thinking when characters lose, Wire is more harsh on them since they were meant to be the best!
So for example, Shady would probably be one of the first to battle. Once he loses to team blue, he's more accepting of it. Having enjoyed the battle.
Although when team blue see him next. Not only is his wepon sealed away, he also has a seal over his eye. Rendering his scope and main talent useless.
He wishes team blue luck although he cant aid them now.
8-bit would be something similar. She would put up a huge fight and be more frustrated and annoyed when she loses. People would keep more of an eye on her afterwards, since they dont want what happened to Shady to happen to her. Although a couple days later, her dynamo is sealed away as well as her arms being covered in seals. Making her muscles weak, meaning she cant hold heavyweight weapons anymore.
