-Night Watch- I woke up around 4am to head over to Portland Head Lighthouse. I wanted to capture a "night to day" type photograph, unfortunately the skies were not cooperating too well. I definitely want to go back on a clear night to make another attempt, but I'm still pleased how this image turned out. Tech: Majority of the photo - Nikon D810 14-24 at 19mm F11 ISO 64 Shutter 6 images that varied between 2 - 4 minutes and then stack. Nikon D810 14-24 at 19mm F3.2 ISO 6400 Shutter 1 second - about 10 photos stacked for light beams ISO 3200 Shutter 20 seconds for stars Prints: https://fineartamerica.com/featured/night-watch-michael-ver-sprill.html Nikon D850: https://amzn.to/2wIEWoV Nikon D810: https://amzn.to/2wHwzsT Nikon D750: https://amzn.to/2MKG9G9 Nikon 14-24: https://amzn.to/2wDguFg Tamron 15-30: https://amzn.to/2Q4MlqP #nighttoday #daytonight #portlandheadlight #capeelizabeth #dawn #sunrise #maine #fortwilliam #splendid_exposure #discoverearth #theworld_thru_your_eyes #huffpostgram #longexposure #nikonusa #d810 #lighthouse #lighthouse_world #lighthouses (at Portland Head Light) https://www.instagram.com/p/BnTddxBAdvO/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=15jjgx22c2xps
