I know the RPC is really into representation but, and I know I'm not alone here:
if you don't have it, please DON'T write a muse with dissociative identity disorder.
(Exception: you are working closely alongside someone who has it, or if you are another type of system)
Even when helping friends write traumagenic systems, there are intricacies they don't catch onto unless I personally break it down.
It's a very very unique way of experiencing the world that no amount of well intended research can help you portray sensitively or correctly. It's not something that can't be summed up in an article or two.
