MORE Split thoughts.

The mind and the soul are usually taken as the same thing for mind swaps (and they don't have to be).

Now.

If you swapped Split's mind with somebody else: would their soul situation be just transferred to the other body? Meaning their soul is still only partially tethered to the body.

The fun part me would like to say NO. Because having Split experience being properly whole and all in one place would be extremely fun to dive into. It also makes it so much un for the other character to experience being teice themselves yet halved.

This would further imply that Split's soul condition is a factor attached(pun intended) to her body only. Unless it's the mind swap magic power that purposefully makes it so. Example: say the mind swap rule is for each other to experience living as the other. Then Split would be whole in the other bofy and the other character would be Split in her body.

Something more about Split.

Ideally the concept is using her own soul like a much more painful Lantern power: tanking a hit with your bare soul HURTS, I think, like a whole bloody lot.

Their own ability to take anything is directly correllated to stubborness, will and resistance.

I think that in a DC universe it would be extremely funny if at least once she's hit in the forehead by a lone green latern ring. Would it be redundant? Most likely. Would the ring attach itself to Split's soul since it's there and technically the origin or the body? Would it be confused? Can Lantern Rings experience regret?
