my last boss was so evil at the end of my last job. no bad energy towards her, she had a lot of really positive qualities, but for some reason when I got a new job offer she just clicked off and Stopped Caring, and had the guts to tell me my new job wouldn't pay well, have good hours, etc etc..
She literally tried to gaslight me (eugheugh that term makes me feel like I'm in 2014 again lol) into not taking a job that is better than my current one in every way... So weird! So weird that she tried scaring me from accepting a job offer! Capitalism breeds such snakes in the workplace!
my day was so nice until I opened the news -_-
being gay and traumatized is hard man it's hard to figure out where issues start and end. it's like "do I want to be a guy in a gay way or... because of trauma that could leave me with wanting to be a guy??"
Oooof working in my new job is great. I've never worked with a staff that is is so calm and passionate about the kids, including my new managers. We can take pee breaks when we want and the classrooms max ratio 3:24 for teachers:students, but my class usually just hits 4:8 for students. Which is. Wonderful?
The focus at my new job is child supervision + socio/emotional support AND they overstaff the classrooms so that there's always 3 teachers in a class, sometimes even 4!
I've never seen happier students, it's great seeing that when a kid needs one-on-one attention there's no sacrificing time and energy from the rest of the class!
as I age into an adult I've observed a pattern of many people's social lives consisting of mostly interaction with family members (their parents, cousins, children) and it makes me feel very Cheated that I must continue the Frankly Exhausting task of friend making when so many people have families that fill their Friend Quota
not having family to lean on even for simply socialization is so!! mind numbing!!
Potstickers, but they're filled with refried heans and have a more tortilla like crust. It eliminates the messiness of the burrito and gives you a far more predictable and even bite of food, and also is easy to dip into sour cream or salsa or whatever. And obviously you can also fill it with any other burrito filling too.
it's pretty ironic that after everything Tumblr came out as the only platform to my knowledge that did not die and didn't transition to an influencer based system. Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, insta, are just unpalatable with everything, EVERYTHINg being an advertisement or the search systems being even more insufferable than this app (which is still bad)
