The two special workbenches Philippe made in August have finally arrived safely in Dubai 😮💨
Took a lot longer than expected but better late than never!! I’ll post the photos of the finished workbenches later in the week 👀

This month Philippe is joining us in the workshop for two extra special #threedayrouboworkbench courses while he’s over from Dubai!
This first bench is being made from beech and walnut with some extra bling in the shape of HNT Gordon & Co. & Benchcrafted vices 😎
This first batch of photos shows some of the prep I did at the beginning of the month, cutting beech for the tops, laminating the walnut vice chop and beech legs.
It’s going to be pretty special 👌

The results of a rather warm three days in the workshop. Of course Monty was very happy to inspect the shelf 🐶
