Ever since my numbers came back a little high I’ve made some changes in my eating habits which means I have one “cheat day” to pound whatever the “F” I want. So here it is...Sunday = Cheat Day! 1. Pepsi 2. Friend chicken wings 3. Chili dog with onions and olives over brown rice and some tossed greens with 1000 Island dressing and croutons. This is going to make it harder to reach a goal BW of 250, but I “GUESS” I’d rather be a healthy 220 person than a 250 pound time bomb.
