Hello "my Meg"
I've started Meg 2.0's portrait for the SPN Mega project. So happy to be drawing her again.
I'm saving Team Free Will 1.5 for last (1.5 is my version that includes Crowley) if TFW is Sam, Dean and Cas and 2.0 is them with Jack then 1.5 is somewhere in between. In my head that includes Crowley and everyone can suck it!
Blonde Meg turned out much better than Mary.
This will be my only glimpse of the MEGA project that I post until this weekend. This is a crappy phone pic but I’ll be scanning it soon.
Since I’m going to be out of town and offline from June 1st through June 3rd I’m queuing all the portraits from this project to post then. I’ll post the massive finished project after I piece it all together.

Been looking up reference photos for about 3 hours now...eh...2 & 1/2 for the SPN Megaproject...spending my studio time on Google, but it’s still better than doing nothing.
I’m up to season 6...my eyes are sore, but I have to at least get these found today. I have nothing to do tomorrow, nowhere to go and it's supposed to thunderstorm all day. Perfect day to sit in the studio and get this laid out properly on the actual pages I’m going to scan.
Seriously once the planning and layout, lines are all done, the rest is a breeze. Might not sound like it, but for me it is. A project this big, planning is the bulk of it, I mess up there, the whole thing is shot. Then I’d get to the shading and making everyone look like themselves and realize halfway through that the composition was F’d up and be like.......
then I’d have to go cry somewhere
so anyway...dinner, give my eyes a break, then back to searching for character reference photos.

Alright the SPN Mega project is on hold until Monday due to anniversary trip.
I'm currently having serious doubts about finishing on time even with giving myself 2 extra days.
I may be going to the con with some random t-shirt or something for everyone to sign....i don't know. I'm so far behind because real life keeps throwing stuff at me to do that isn't art related.
2 days left to finish this. Extremely doubtful but we'll see how Monday and Tuesday go.
Unrealistic expectations
I've come to the conclusion that there is no way I'm going to be done with the son mega project before Hubby and I leave for our anniversary trip this Friday.
So I called the print store and asked them how long the poster will take to print. They said a day max. SO, I can realistically give myself Monday and Tuesday as well next week to finish piecing it together and send it to print Wednesday.
I'm still going to try to get as much as possible done before Friday and scan them, but I at least have some wiggle room. There's just no way at all I'm finishing it all tonight and tomorrow. Not while still playing chauffeur and cleaning and packing before vacation.
