What if the fact that we don't see cas from the future in any episodes is an indication that he didn't survive the "season finale". I mean if he did he would have outlived the boys for sure because of his angel immortality and he would probably come back to the current timeline just to be able to see dean and sam again .....

Dude. My dear dude. Please don't suggest things like that? If Cas doesn't survive the finale, I don't think most of us will, either. To be fair.

But I mean, the dying aside, that's a pretty fun theory. Now I'm thinking of fics like Cas from the future paying Sam and Dean a visit, whenever he misses them. Maybe he'd go visit whichever version of them he missed the most? XD

I am just in shock after yesterday's episode. It feels too good to be true... I hope they don't just leave it like this, unreciprocated. It would honestly kill any joy I got from this. I'm hoping for a happy ending so hard, and I just don't know what we'll end up with. Love your blog btw!

I really don’t see how they could leave it like this. I know I’ve said this multiple times already, but it doesn’t make sense on several levels (including the whole narrative of season 15, not to mention the whole Deancas arc) to just leave it like that. I’ve also been thinking a lot about the Empty saying “YOU MADE IT LOUD” to Jack after he exploded, and there’s absolutely no way this doesn’t play out later. What does she mean? Does it mean every single soul in the Empty is awake now? But we know it’s filled with demons and angels, and Heaven lacks angels to run smoothly right now. And Cas is supposedly there. How is the Empty arc going to play out in this? I do think it’d be really weird for them not to have Dean reciprocate the confession in any way. This can’t possibly be the end of this, and Dean’s gonna have to say something at some point, whether it’s physically to Cas’ face or not. I could picture a prayer. I could picture him just telling Sam, at some point. I could obviously picture him saying it to Castiel’s face after he gripped him tight and raised him from emptiness.

Anyway, I talk too much, but this is where I’m at right now. And thanks for the love ❤️

Hi, film industry anon here. Yes, my point was that because TV episodes are not filmed/shot in order, Misha could be in the finale. They may have filmed the finale several days prior to the actual last day of shooting. The last scene they shot could have been one from several episodes prior because filming does not happen in episode order. Therefore, it was stupid of fans to assume he wasn't in the finale because he wasn't there on the last SHOOTING day. My apologies if that wasn't clear before.

Like I said, I’m 100% sure he is. Twitter fandom has a way of taking things out of proportion and run with it anyway, that’s why I don’t go there when it comes to SPN specs anymore lmao. Apologies if my answer came out as rude, it wasn’t my intention!
