I propose a challenge

I wanted to do a 30-Day challenge for myself, but I decided why not offer it to other people because it's easier and more fun together ( plus spn will be on  hiatus, so whynot)

I want to love myself more, so I'm taking thirty days to try and get into some habits that will help. So I'm setting a few goals and rules:

My goals/rules for myself:

Stretch every morning right when I wake up and every night right before I go to bed for at least 5 min (My goal is become more flexible so I can do more in dance. It will also help relieve stress)

Try to work out at least twice a week for thirty minutes. I'm not looking to lose weight or be more in shape even. I'm mostly looking to have more energy.

Try to eat a little better. by no means am I cutting out sweets (I am addicted to chocolate anything tbh), but to try and replace some things with fruits and veggies. Like instead of eating some pringles for a snack, I'll have a clementine and some cheese.

Wear something every day that makes me feel beautiful or sexy. For me, this will probably be red lipstick. When you feel beautiful, it really helps to get your day going and allows you to feel more confident, and that's what I really need rn.

By no means are these the goals/rules you will abide by. I want you to set at least three for yourself that will help you get on track for where you want to be.
