Blood headcanons pt.2!
I am mostly writing this because I realized I had a MISSED OPPORTUNITY with Egg’s blood, so I’m retconning what I wrote before.
Egg’s blood looks like a raw egg yolk (at least while he’s in his angel form). Also I’ve decided that angel blood colors rage from red-> oragne-> yellow-> white. The closer to white on the scale that the blood color is, the more powerful the angel. With that said, Saparata is also an angel, with a pale yellow blood color (he is rather disturbed when he sees Egg bleed for the first time and its EGG YOLK YELLOW) (idk if he had an opportunity to see egg bleed… I only watch spoke….)
His god-form/non glitched-out blood is still golden tho, specially the very metallic one seen in the chrysos heirs in HSR
The angel blood thing is important because the type of demon that Mapicc and Flame are specifically evolved to have their blood color as close to that of a pretty powerful angel because they got into altercations with them often (idk how that makes sense, it doesn’t). Clown’s species didn’t need to evolve that as it pretty much used to be the demon elite, but they’ve fallen out of power decades ago. And idk what Wemmbu’s species is doing……
ALSO WHILE TALKING ABOUT SQUIDDO I MEANT NON-NEWTONIAN FLUID LIKE THE ONE THAT GET HARD WHEN YOU PUT TOO MUCH FORCE ON IT (man i hate English)
Boosfer’s blood is white and his smile and eyes are actually parts of his face where there are larger concentrations of blood vessels (idk why he’d need them there don’t ask me. I also have NO IDEA what he is)
I’m a not so firm believer in purple-skin Wemmbu but anyways, his skin is not purple by itself, it’s his blood showing through that makes him purple, by itself his skin is actually a mostly translucent white
Zam’s blood is turquoise blue and she’s a siren thing. She has scales on some parts of her body and those funky fin-ears if you know what I’m talking about.
Planet lord is weird in the sense that he doesn’t exactly have blood, like if he’s injured, cosmic dust just comes out of his veins. Idk he’s some small planet that somehow gained sentience but couldn’t exactly interact with other lifeforms as a planet so ripped himself apart and became a vaguely human-shaped being made of a cosmic cloud.
Spong’s blood is clear, oh actually, wait, it’s not blood, it’s just straight up water. I don’t know how that works either.
Ok I’m gonna stop myself there before I make this a bazillion words long. I hope you liked my headcanons! This is probably gonna be the last part of the whole blood thing ngl… idk who else I could write about…
