Here's another made up dish combination using whatever's in my pantry. Garlic Alfredo spaghetti with spicy stews tomatoes baked with chicken. 1 small single carton of milk. 1 cup of shredded sharp and Parmesan cheese 8 tablespoons of Smart Balance butter Generous amount of fresh ground black pepper and garlic In sauce pan, add milk then butter. Stir until butter melts. Add cheese, stir well, add seasonings. Continue to stir until sauce thickens. Add a bit of flour to thicken sauce more if you like. Chicken: Mix 1 tablespoon each of the following seasonings in a bowl and sprinkle on both side of raw chicken tender before grilling with olive oil for four minutes on each side. -cajun seasoning -Cayanne pepper -chili pepper seasoning -dried thyme -dried rosemary After chicken is cooked using a pot stir in the stewed tomatoes and a small can of tomato sauce. add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and a teaspoon of black pepper and a half of teaspoon of salt. Mix well and let cook until it starts to boil. Once it has started boiling core on top of chicken and plates in the oven for 30 minutes on 350°. Cook pasta of your choice as instructed.
