Scam evidence in capture:
The Paypal thru-link says 'PH' for Philippines (where Philippine Pesos are used), despite the post being in USD/CAD
The paypal name, jacklynwebb, is reused from the scammer's previous blogs, click here for captures
The post asks people to send money through Paypal's 'friends and family', because it doesn't have scam protection
The cat pictures are reused from many of their previous scams (each word is a different link)
The rash story is reused from many of their previous scams (each word is a different link)
The story says there is a rash on the cat's mouth, but there is no such rash in the provided picture
