Guys, I just had a thought. do you guys think rose was one of the rulers of the carapace kingdom, because of her exile?

also as to why Vriska wasn’t one of the ruler sense she had sn0wman. I think it’s because she joined the felt so she was a felt instead of a queen. and not to mention the condense kind of took over as queen for her?
also yes I know WQ also wasn’t really a queen anymore but she didn’t like leave her people. plus she didn’t have a replacement queen for her.
