I fell down some (concrete) stairs Friday night and landed mostly on my elbow. On concrete. It was feeling a little better and I think I sort of overdid it? Like when you're getting over the flu and you start to feel a little better so you decide to bake cookies and halfway through you're like "haha that was dumb."
