HELLO IT’S.... BEEN A WHILE LMAO

during like mid october i was off tumblr for a while making cosplays for aac and then attending aac and after that i?? just felt like not coming back for a while?? and it ended up being a very good decision LMAO this site and it’s current mentalities were just making me really angry and worked up and i needed to get away from it for a bit for the sake of my own dang mental health. in fact now that i’m back i’m still not sure if i’ll STAY back.

i was a lot happier off tumblr but tbh i think that mostly has to do with the people i’m following so i might do a mass unfollow soon. i also might either clean this blog up A LOT or start fresh on a totally new account, i haven’t decided yet! either way after all that we’ll see if i have the energy to stay on this hellsite (i DO still wanna keep up with @silver-spark tho because hOLY FUCK OK KO GOT GOOD I LOVE IT)

unrelated but i (finally FINALLY) finished rhombus of ruin last night, and i gotta say i thought it was adorably clever how the game started with raz being anxious over not entirely knowing if lili MEANT it when she called him her boyfriend, and ends with lili proudly whispering in her father’s ear on her own accord that raz is her boyfriend

YO i haven’t really posted about anything relative to my life as of late or any developments or anything so here’s a life update:

i quit my retail job (YAAAYY never goin back to THAT bullshit lmao) because i started my new internship! it’s a full time graphic design job position at a solar company so basically i get paid Really Good Money to do art and it’s awesome

working at a solar company with a bunch of twenty-something year old liberals has made me MUCH more environmentally conscious and more politically aware so i might be posting those subjects here a bit more often LOL

i started reading my hero academia and i’m LOVING IT. i’m not fully caught up yet but i’m close (i’m on chapter like 105 or something i think) and i love hatsume and kacchan more than anything and also every female character in it is my Daughter. also i’m probably not going to watch the anime cause i’m bad at watching anime LMAO

voltron has had me by the dick for the past like YEAR but i’m finally straying away from it i think. hopefully. the fandom is Unbelievably Fucking Toxic and full of rabid children who genuinely think that their bad yaoi shipping is activism and they constantly mischaracterize and infantilize my fave so i don’t even know why i’ve bothered for so long in the first place tbh. the lengths i go for giant robots ffs

finishing rhombus of ruin gave me my psychonauts spark back so i’ll probably be making more fanworks for that again soon enough LOL i might even finally start up that lili askblog i planned to do over a year ago....

not really a development but i wanna clean up this blog. a lot. so much that i’ve even thought about starting fresh but i just wouldn’t feel right abandoning something i’ve regularly ran for 5+ years, yknow? so i’ll probably clean up a few tags and pages and add new tags in the next couple of weeks or so lol
