kerlock is basically this thing that just appeared a few hours ago out of the whole #SherlockLive incident where we could solve a crime in live time via twitter with Sherlock - One of those tweets was him talking about being in a tub with Kermit. Memes have since popped up, and the rest is history. Still trying to make sense of it all, too.
