ugnngh. it wasn’t just his fault. their relationship is complicated?? theyve both known each other for so long... like ... they both cared about each other ?? so much?? but in a lot of ways they didnt know h ow ... to love each other. for the most part like pren52 the timing was just all wrong. when they were together for the first time... babs was v raw after being paralysed and dick didnt really get that she was trying to move past from that life. to detach herself from being batgirl ?? and shes not too g ood @ communicating it just piled all up ?? nu52 they are both hopeless. dick has sorta bailed a lot on their relationship bc he has other shit going in his life.but so does babs ?? like she had a boyfriend ?? when she told dick she wanted to give them a go.
