“You joinin’ me on patrol, Little Wing?” It had been hard on Dick, Bruce’s disappearance. The guy may be a douche at times, but he’s still Dick’s adoptive father, and the guy means a lot to him. Means a lot to both of them, sometimes. It’s weird, Jason having to pretend like he’s Batman, but no way is he going to let Gotham to go Hell in a handbasket just because Bruce decided to go AWOL.
Somehow, it’s a lot lonelier out on the streets, when you’re wearing a cowl instead of a hood. “But if you’d rather stay in tonight, I understand.”
