I still cry over deleted elsanna fanfiction. And incomplete fanfiction. Remember A Formal Arrangement? Or Searching For a Perfect Day. How about And I Saw the Beast Upon a Cold World. Or maybe Argos. How about Cold War? I bet nobody remembers Cold War. Oh I know. even a flightless bird has it’s uses. That’s a good one.

You know, it’s kinda weird how many fics were AUs in retrospect. Some of them like r9k were really fucking excellent and captured the characters well. But others... didn’t.

I guess it comes with being in a contentious incest fandom. smh. I’m just glad most stuff has a back-up. Although if it’s been taken off ffnet, it can pretty hard to find which stuff I’ve read. Then again, I read so many elsanna fics that I don’t remember most of them.

In a better world they’d all have been completed...

I remember really loving Frozen 2 when it came out, but in retrospect that ending was really fucking terrible wasn’t it?

I want to get back in, but do I have the energy? I've become too invested in politics lately and I have a realer job that takes up time. Plus I'm pretty involved Madoka Magica stuff. And I desperately want to reread the old greats, but there are so many and they're so long. How long would it take to re-read Stolen Ice, A Formal Arrangement, The Legend of Elsa, r9k, With You, Prophecy, The Queen's Mercy, And I Saw the Beast, etc. etc. And then there's whatever new stuff has happened in the past year and a bit that I haven't really been paying attention. What a headache.

Every time I want to get back into Tumblr and frozen I realize that so much of the stuff I loved is gone or never to be finished. So many people have (understandably) moved on to other things. But in the back of my mind is a little itch to become invested again. Frozen 2 was good even if the ending was kinda trash.

But then I look around at the metaphorical graveyard of unfinished and deleted fics, closed down blogs, etc etc, it makes me very sad. I read a good 500 elsanna fics and at this point I can barely remember any of them. It's really quite sad because there was so much talent.

Well I mostly hang doing stuff with Madoka Magica because I became a total weeb. Although some parts of that fandom are a toxic mess. Elsanna didn't have to deal with it as much because it was already incest so you had to have a certain level of tolerance for what some would consider "wrong". But most places aren't like that which has been quite shocking to be tbh.

I still really love Stolen Ice and am quite mad that I'm blocked by an artist who did a great stolen ice piece but then left the fandom and blocked lots of people. Being unable to share it is truly a travesty.

You know, Disney doesn’t usually make good sequels to their animated movies. However having seen that trailer, I can say with a good degree of confidence that they might actually do it. In fact, I think it’s fairly likely that they do. The trailer just radiated confidence; it felt like something people had put passion and effort into, not just some cash grab. I mean, it is a cash grab, but the people making it truly care. You can tell. You can see it here

You can just tell that the animators cared when you look at the determination on their faces

I am so excited for this movie. The trailer showed that we are living in the best possible timeline. Look at Anna’s jump and Elsa protecting Olaf.

Sometimes you can tell when something has heart put into it, and this is one of those cases. I was really nervous about this sequel; to the point that I was almost hoping they wouldn’t make it. But having seen the trailer I don’t have so many reservations. The music was incredible, the shots they showed were cool, and it just communicated so much to us in such a short amount of time. Well done. I’m happy

Frozen 2 prediction

I'm still amazed by the Frozen 2 trailer. And the fact that it exists at all. Especially with all the dumb live action remakes it's nice to have something that looks amazing.
