Suddenly, my brain was overcome with nostalgia for 2017

I was actively playing SPORE back then and watching the series "Meet Bob!" before the plot hit rock bottom

I considered my hyperfixation on the past as an opportunity to draw something new and perhaps improve my skills a little

It’s a Tamatoa style rodent and spore creation for the #inktoberisolation prompt “treasure”. If you click through, there is also “crowd” and “gaze”. I keep falling behind on these prompts and having to dedicate a few hours before bed to catching up. I really want to actually learn something from doing these pieces and get better at pen drawings by using different textures and crosshatching tricks~ does anyone have any recommendations for tutorials or videos for that sort of thing??
