Here i used the spot healing brush to remove and seal up this models face.Select the Spot Healing Brush tool from the toolbox. Pick a brush size in the options bar. Then Choose a blending mode from the Mode menu in the options bar.

I used the spot healing brush to remove all damages and stains that i could on this vintage photo. This tool is very easy to use just simply scribble over the damaged areas you would like to remove and gone.  The spot healing brush is the default healing tool in Photoshop and can be used to clone areas from an image and blend the pixels from the sampled area seamlessly with the target area

Text Sign Replacement

Other than removing or blending areas of an image, you can use it to remove parts of an image completely by blending it in the background which gives access to editing the image further. Here you can see that the “LIBERTY Estate Agents” text has been removed through blending it into the white background on the sign and has been replaced with the text “ARSONIST” to give the sign a more dangerous meaning.

 Spot Healing Brush

The Spot Healing Brush is a useful tool in Photoshop to fix various photos and images with cracks, scratches or other missing pieces. The tool works using samples around the area you’re trying to heal. When selecting an area to heal, the tool collects a sample around the selected area and blends the area together. The tool is commonly used to remove spots and acne from a portrait to give a face clear skin which is mostly used for magazines.
