Here i used the spot healing brush to remove and seal up this models face.Select the Spot Healing Brush tool from the toolbox. Pick a brush size in the options bar. Then Choose a blending mode from the Mode menu in the options bar.

I used the spot healing brush to remove all damages and stains that i could on this vintage photo. This tool is very easy to use just simply scribble over the damaged areas you would like to remove and gone.  The spot healing brush is the default healing tool in Photoshop and can be used to clone areas from an image and blend the pixels from the sampled area seamlessly with the target area
