Edt Cologne Spray what is the differance between eau de parfum and edt spray? this is in reference to perfume and cologne. Eau de parfum is more concentrated which is why the same amount of it is more expensive than that of an eau de toilette which is less concentrated. A small amount of a quality eau de parfum is supposed to last longer than a small amount of eau de toilette, especially if you layer it on clean skin with a lotion of the same fragrance.
