Tips for crushes
Having a crush is one of the hardest things to pull off if you really want to make it an actual relationship. It's like a really complex game of chess. You have to make the right moves at the right time and think quickly when things don't go as expected.
For example, when you have a crush and you know that they like you the best way to have an actual good relationship is to become friends first cause then you can access that part where you see the true side of them and not the constant "you're my bf/gf", and you only do things like hold hands and hug, but that usually doesn't last very long. I've seen it happen before. Anyway, if you become their friend first you can actually know if you REALLY like them.
If you don't know that they like you or not don't straight up ask really soon, if they like you they'll show hints here and there. Try to devlop a strong emotional bond between you and them. Be able to talk about problems and personal things is a good thing to have between you two.
Ask that person to hang out(emphasis on HANG OUT) if they say they can't ask 'em why and if the answer is legitimate try again another time until eventually you guys fit a perfect time you can do something.
A big DON'T for crushes is to not start a random conversation without having anything to really talk about(it just causes awkward since really). Think of some conversation starters throughout the day. If they play sports ask them about them and their team and if they have a game coming up, or if they're a gamer(a possibility) ask them about their favorite games and such. A gamer will usually talk alot about their favorite games and it'll be a decently long conversation. Conversation is one of the key parts to a relationship, don't do most of it over texting and such use texts as a way to keep in contact and make plans. Save most conversations for when you see them personally.
Now for tips on the unexpected. If someone is trying to pick on you and teases you that you like your crush in front of them don't pull a classic tv move and go all out about how much you wouldn't want to be in a relationship and hurting your crush's feelings. The best thing to do is keep your cool and say that you're jsut friends and smile at your crush. It's most important to keep your cool all throughout the time, even when your crush isn't there.
Hope this was helpful to y'all.
