Aftershock.

And here it is, the aftershock of a sudden spring thunderstorm: a washed-out blue sky, reminiscent of my old jeans (complete with fleecy rips and cloudy tears, just floating along). A cool jet wind whirling along, happy to be back for one last gusty adventure. And everything cooler and calmer than last night's crashing thunder, flashing lighting, slashing storm. A few less petals on that cherry tree, a few more sycamore seeds stuck in the prickly grass, but that's all to be expected. Spring wouldn't be spring without a manifestation, every now and then, of a past winter.
