Congratulations to Spring Valley Elementary School special education resource teacher Sajdah Ali, who will be presenting two workshops through the North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching this spring: Jot It Down! Literacy Narrative Writing for Students with Learning Differences and Disabilities and Building an Inclusive Classroom: Creating Differentiated Learning Using Digital Technology. Ali has worked for DPS for nine of her 12 years in education as a speech clinician, classroom teacher, case manager and instructional coordinator.
