I know it’s not officially summer (despite the warm weather) but nothing screams summer to me more than having ice cream after a post dinner walk to cool off 😌☀️🍨✨

*the bunny is a bit hard to see but it’s there!! also fun fact that i learned in therapy today: going on a walk post dinner (or after eating) is really good for regulating your blood sugar! which of course is important for health reasons & for your overall mood and mental health!!
